Wicomico County, on behalf of the Department of Recreation, Parks, & Tourism is inviting organizations wishing to be considered as operators of the concession stand at Billy Gene Jackson Park in Salisbury, MD to submit an application for the 2026 season. The scope of responsibility will include operation and maintenance of the concession stand and its equipment for certain events held at the park.

Proposers are required to register for an account, via the Wicomico County e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov. Once the Proposer has completed registration, they will receive addenda notifications to their email by clicking “Follow” on this project.
Proposers shall submit all inquiries regarding this Proposal, via the Wicomico County e-Procurement Portal. Please note the deadline for submitting inquiries. All answers to inquiries will be posted on the Wicomico County e-Procurement Portal. Proposers may also click “Follow” on this solicitation to receive an email notification when answers are posted. It is the responsibility of the Proposer to check the website for answers to inquiries. The last day for questions will be noon on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.
Proposals may be received up to Tuesday, February 10, at 2:30 p.m. via the Wicomico County e-procurement portal, OpenGov.
