Biden plans to pursue a program to provide free college tuition to any student who attends a historically black college, specifically as a form of “reparations,” The Daily Caller reported Monday.
President Joe Biden’s administration will move forward with policies beneficial to African-Americans as Congress considers creating a commission to study the merits of direct reparation payments, White House adviser Cedric Richmond told Axios in an interview.
“We have to start breaking down systemic racism and barriers that have held people of color back and especially African-Americans,” he continued. “We have to do stuff now.”
“We don’t want to wait on a study,” Richmond said. “We’re going to start acting now.”

I can assure that that, at least, 75% of blacks that attend college won’t learn a thing and the majority of them will dropout (free tuition or not). I taught at UMES for nearly 20 years and saw that roughly 25% of the black students indeed do very well. Another 25% barely make it through with a 2.0+ GPA. The remaining 50% have no interest at all and won’t amount to anything but welfare takers.
You are spot on. Those 50% will also rack up student debt with no intentions whatsoever of paying it back.
