The Human Rights Advisory Committee will hold regular monthly meetings. The Committee will make recommendations to the County Executive and County Council intended to alleviate social problems and promote equality, understanding, and harmonious relations among the citizens of the County. In addition, the Committee will meet with the Wicomico County Council no
less than twice each year to share updates, recommendations, and concerns.
Residents who are passionate about human rights, social justice, and building stronger, more inclusive communities are encouraged to apply.
