According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland, on November 7, James Bowman III, 40, was arrested for domestic-related assault after he allegedly punched a woman in the face and bit her hand.

The woman should have felt some measure of relief/safety knowing her alleged attacker was behind bars.

Instead, officials in the Blue State of Maryland released Bowman from jail with no bail requirement under the condition that he doesn’t abuse the woman he allegedly attacked again.

An hour later, according to officials, he then returned to the victim’s house and allegedly assaulted the woman again, this time while she was holding a baby.

  1. Its a black thing, you would not understand

    He is a Black THUG
under Governor Wes Moron and his Anti Cop Attorney General

    Crime will soar in Maryland

  2. Judges have to put their big boy pants on and do what they being paid to do by law abiding citizens. Criminals must be restrained from repeating unlawful offenses. Jail is the only restraint that will restrict some people, their word or signature mean nothing.

  3. Let’s hear it for the Maryland Justice Reinvestment Act. Woo hoo for the bad guys. Thanks for the crappy, useless, worst ever legislation, Maryland!
