Former Vice President Dick Cheney has passed away at the age of 84.
As NBC News reported, Cheney died of complications from pneumonia and cardiovascular disease.
The Cheney family released the following statement:
Dick Cheney was a great and good man who taught his children and grandchildren to love our country, and to live lives of courage, honor, love, kindness, and fly fishing.
We are grateful beyond measure for all Dick Cheney did for our country. And we are blessed beyond measure to have loved and been loved by this noble giant of a man.
Cheney served as the 46th vice president of the United States from 2001 to 2009 under President George W. Bush. He had battled health issues for years since leaving office.
For example, Cheney experienced five heart attacks and felt it was only a matter of time before he passed away. He received a heart transplant in 2012.
I never wished a man dead, but I have attended a few funerals with great delight.
Him, and mccain will have allot to answer for!
How can they say he taught his children to love their country when his daughter is a traitor? Just asking for a friend.
evil as they come!
