SALISBURY, Md. – Paws on Pemberton returns to Pemberton Park this Saturday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
The family-friendly event includes a variety of activities including demonstrations from the Mid Atlantic Disc Dogs; dog costume contest; dog pie eating contest; dog talent show; smallest, biggest and cutest “ugly” dog contests; tennis ball lottery; musical chairs and the which hand game.
There will also be adoptable dogs, music, vendors, food and more.
Algonquin Ultras will introduce trail walking/running components to this year’s event. A 1.5 mile dog walk will take place at 9 a.m., and a 5K dog run will take place at 11 a.m. These events require advanced registration, which closes Wednesday, Nov. 5 at 11:59 p.m.
