Wicomico County is working on a housing assessment and has partnered with EPR, P.C. to conduct a field survey. EPR will conduct the field survey from Monday, November 3 through Friday, November 7, 2025. Work will occur from dawn to dusk each day. Staff will travel in a Nissan Rogue or similar vehicle marked with door magnets reading “Field Survey” and displaying the EPR, P.C. logo. Activities include visual observation, note-taking, and photography from public rights-of-way. No private property access will occur, and no traffic impacts are expected.
