Wicomico County is working on a housing assessment and has partnered with EPR, P.C. to conduct a field survey. EPR will conduct the field survey from Monday, November 3 through Friday, November 7, 2025. Work will occur from dawn to dusk each day. Staff will travel in a Nissan Rogue or similar vehicle marked with door magnets reading “Field Survey” and displaying the EPR, P.C. logo. Activities include visual observation, note-taking, and photography from public rights-of-way. No private property access will occur, and no traffic impacts are expected.

Questions on the project can be directed to Wicomico County Planning, Zoning and Community Development staff. Any concerns of the field vehicle can also be addressed to: Tyler Hinkle, AICP, Senior Planner, EPR, P.C., 540-333-0285 • t.hinkle@epr-pc.com

  1. Don’t know about this project but this shit on Snow Hill Road is crazy. So these home builders are controlled by black rock, vanguard, and state street who are basically hedge fund corporations. That’s why so much homes, apartment complexes going up. They don’t care about the traffic inconvenience these old roads that need to be widened it’s all about money nothing else. A round about just after putting a new stop light at Robins Ave. doesn’t make sense.

  2. Most people don’t know that homes are going on one side and the other side apartments on Snow Hill Rd. People on Toadvine Rd and East Sandy Acres can barely get out of the streets now. Crazy engineers and bullshit traffic studies. Home builders have no clue they are not from this area to know about any kind of studies.

  3. As I’ve stated before …. my property taxes better not become unaffordable for me to keep what I worked all my life for. FAFO
