While we really do need the strictest level of this program, neither the executive nor the council has the stones to make that agreement because of all the uneducated liberal pushback. Haitians driving new cars and don’t even know how to read so how is the mva giving them driver’s license and insurance companies giving insurance what a scam is going on in this shithole state of md. A lot of churches are giving handouts also and some of your nonprofits.
Maryland MVA gives them a driver’s license because they let them take the required tests in their own language and use interpreters to help. They (the MVA) has no way of knowing what the interpreters are telling them, as the MVA workers do not speak Creole or a multitude of other foreign languages. Maryland has been doing this for quite sometime………..BTW……I do know!!!
