Today is a completely different story. With COVID below 4%, Governor Hogan needs to reopen the state and let us all get back to NORMAL! Testing was up a few weeks ago because it was the post-holidays rush. Any responsible person that traveled or had guests was getting tested. If you’re social distancing and not breaking your routine, there’s no reason to test.
