While progress is being made, Wicomico County is preparing to remove everything from this location including the cars, camper and large shed, (tiny house) and trash. The owner is from Philadelphia PA and clearly has no respect for our laws. Let alone the fact that the mechanic across the street who is renting from none other then Adam Roop is parking the majority of vehicles seen above on my property. He is disrespectful and couldn’t care less where the property line is.
When NC got flooded out, people rented their land to displaced people living in RVs.
The areas were clean and tidy. When I drove to NC, there were many of these areas.
This really could have been an asset if it had been managed properly. There are proper legal resources to empty waste tanks.
At one time i saw an ad, selling off pieces of the lot.
Some people are just trashy!
