Cracking Down on Illegal Dirt Bike Activity

Our local law enforcement agencies are joining forces to tackle illegal dirt bike use on our streets and in our neighborhoods. These vehicles not only disrupt community safety but pose serious risks to riders, pedestrians, and drivers alike.

Through coordinated patrols, increased surveillance, and community tips, we’re working together to keep our roads safe and prevent dangerous incidents. If you see illegal dirt bike activity, report it — your information can help make a difference.

Let’s ride safe and respect the rules of the road!

    1. That dozen or so going up the middle of East College Avenue the other day was a huge traffic hazard.
Put hidden tracking devices on some bait bikes to even the playing field.

  1. They are a bunch of illiterate punk thugs who are wannabe big boy motor cyclists. They have to stick with the little punk toy bikes and try to act all bad.

  2. I see the so called “CHIEF” of Pittsville Police was blacked in without a link! “Huh” imagine that. The street where the police station is has several vehicles speeding up and down day and night and one of the worst lives next to the police department and parks his vehicle in the police parking lot. LOL! What a joke this is. But on Railroad ave where some cop buds live they can have speed bumps installed in the road. Its all about the “SEAN CLICK” seen it in action many times at the town meetings both with there lil gestures back and forth like 2 second graders passing loves notes behind the teachers back. Sad to say the real losers are the taxpayers of the town who were conned into this police camera crap and having a Barney to babysit it and that was his con while he was on the council and Whited and fire dog crew fell for it. As far as dirt bikes and 4 wheelers in Pittsville maybe the town can buy Harris a trailer and a chase bike to put behind the two unused pursuit dodge pickups the town continues to pay for at least it will look good and help solve all the amount of crime in this town of sixteen hundred people.
