A growing number of teachers have decided that William Shakespeare must be purged from school curricula, arguing that the Bard promotes white supremacy and intolerance.
Multiple educators relayed their concerns about the Elizabethan author’s supposedly problematic worldviews in the School Library Journal’s January issue. They argue that it is time for Shakespeare to be set aside in favor of more inclusive modern voices or at least to be taught in a way that challenges students to address the “whiteness” of their thinking.
Shakespeare, thou hast been canceled.
They’re to stupid to use it if they were taught it.
They are NOT challenging Shakespears ‘whiteness’. They’re challenging their dumbness. NO Joke, do you know MOST of the ‘teachers’ cannot read or count to a higher degree than the dunderheads they’re teaching. They couldn’t objectify sentence structure or define it, count WITHOUT a calculator, or do a thesis on anything including ‘stupidity’ with a gun to their heads.
Look at the crap these slackers have talked to the politicians to get paid WITHOUT working and further dumb these inferior derelicts known as students, down.
If they deserve a diploma, I deserve a doctorate. Face it, because of all these educational ‘programs’ founded under affirmative action, the kids are ill prepared for life, even their own. If you’re looking for ‘help’ in your old age, then you’re betting in the wrong damn horse race. They can’t even help themselves. If they could then they wouldn’t be living your basement.
