US Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday announced the Justice Department filed a misconduct complaint against Judge James Boasberg for making ‘improper public comments’ and admitting bias against the Trump Administration.
DOJ Chief of Staff Chad Mizelle said Judge Boasberg “violated the Canons of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, including the requirement that he “promote public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.””
As reported earlier this month, DC Chief Judge James Boasberg and other DC Judges admitted bias against the Trump Administration during a March 2025 judicial conference with Chief Justice Roberts, according to a memo obtained by The Federalist.
For the last several months DC Circuit Court Judges have engaged in a judicial coup against President Trump.
