Earl Campbell / Eastern Shore Undercover Since 2023 has defended the Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano on the following:
A legal opinion based on an outdated version of the charter to improperly hire a Deputy Director of Administration, that an appeals judge ruled against the Executive on.
Safari at the Quarry, a jeep event that made no money and lost the county money.
Mr. Campbell made a donation to the Executive in January of 2024, then threatened Sheriff Mike Lewis, and several months later the Executive awarded him a police encrypted radio. While she lied to and deceived Sheriff Lewis in the process of doing this.
During Question A, the Executive campaigned with hundreds of illegally made campaign signs with improper authority lines, even put Governor Moore on campaign signs with an illegitimate authority line, and was initially fined by the Maryland State Board of Elections over $2000 dollars during the 2024 Maryland Presidential election.
About a month ago now Mr. Campbell / ESU made a political donation to the Executive, in the Government Office Building, they posted the picture on Eastern Shore Undercover of the Executive holding a check in her hand, something that would both be an ethical violation in the halls of Congress, and in the State Capital in Annapolis.
The Executive currently and her political consultant, who seem worried about a legitimate 2026 Republican primary opponent, seem to be running a fraudulent candidate in the primary to try and scare off any real serious opponent to challenge her next year.
Now this “crisis” at the landfill, which the Executive and her team in early 2025 reported to the Council and the State, saying the landfill still had several years worth of space left. To now it’s oh darn our math was way off, and we now have less than a year worth of space with the current cell.
During this crisis, and a very important Council meeting work session the executive decided to take the day off and go on a tour of the White House in Washington DC instead.
The Executive, said over the weekend that Eastern Shore Undercover was “Her Platform” confirming what many have been saying now for over a year that Mr. Campbell / ESU is a “political propagandist” for the Executive.
From all of this Wicomico County’s citizens Deserve better than this in 2026!
Mr Campbell needs to look in the mirror, and also try being a little nice to poor innocent Kitty cats!
Will they prosecute her for receiving a political donation in her office?

We need a real conservative candidate that will work with the council – in the spirit of checks-and-balance!
