I keep asking myself if this is legal.  It’s on about 30 tables for years at Sage Diner.

  1. Since when is election advertising illegal? How is this any different than taking out an ad in the local paper or buying a billboard?

    1. But can election advertising be a 24/7/365 thing that extends through multiple election years and non-election years?

      Most of us assume that it can’t, that once the election is over, the signs come down.
