My question is, if they close the current landfill, where will the new landfill be located and what communities will be affected by this decision? I think this would not have happened this soon if they had refused to accept refuse from outside of Wicomico County. I think this is a disservice to the tax paying citizens of Wicomico County.
So what seems to be the problem ? Apparently Wicomico county is not running out of space, but it would be wise not to accept refuge from out of county citizens or businesses in the future.

The new landfill will be directly across the street from the current one.
As long as there is no disruption of service, I’m good with it.
