The Wicomico County Council meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, 2025, has been rescheduled to Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., due to inclement weather.
The Council will convene in open session on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Government Office Building, Room 301, Salisbury, Maryland. The purpose of this session is to entertain a vote to go into Closed Session to consult with staff, consultants, or other individuals about pending or potential litigation related to Councilmanic Districts, in accordance with Section 3-305(b)(8) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
The regularly scheduled Legislative Session will commence at 6:00 p.m. in the same location.
Additionally, all public hearings originally scheduled for January 7, 2025, will now take place on January 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., as part of the rescheduled Legislative Session
