York County, Pennsylvania Election Officials Are Examining Thousands of Suspected Voter Registrations and Ballot Applications from a Third-Party Group

Julie Wheeler, York County’s President Commissioner, the sheer volume of registrations from this particular group is unprecedented.

York County, Pennsylvania, recently received a substantial delivery of voter registration forms and mail-in ballot applications from Field+Media Corps, a third-party group working on behalf of the Everybody Votes Campaign.

Field+Media Corps, an Arizona-based consulting firm, has been actively engaging communities of color in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and California since 2017.

This recent influx of election-related materials from such an organization has prompted York County to take a meticulous approach to validate the legality of these submissions.

Julie Wheeler, York County’s President Commissioner, has assured the public that election officials are diligently processing these submissions to confirm their legality and accuracy.

    1. which is why it has virtually never ever occurred. and certainly not within any margin of error to change an election result.

      1. Bullshit 10:58, it has been proven and documented for the 2020 election, just nobody has been prosecuted ….. yet 😁

        1. Hundreds of cases would have been brought to court but were refused due to lateness, lack of standing and other weak reasons.

  1. At Everybody Votes, we believe the electorate should be reflective of the population of the United States. In partnership with local organizations, we support accessible, successful, and high-quality voter registration programs that expand access to our democracy for people in communities of color. The Everybody Votes Campaign, established in 2015, is a national coordinating body focused on narrowing the voter registration gap in communities of color. We are committed to creating a more representative democracy by building and supporting large-scale, long-term voter registration in communities of color
    .
Field+Media Corps We began as a field operation in 2017, connecting campaigns and projects with communities of color across the state. Our clients benefit from our social activism and coalition leadership experience gained through decades of leading campaigns, highlighting social inequalities, and developing BIPOC coalition building.
BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. It’s a term used to refer to groups that are not white and are often harmed by white supremacy. BIPOC is pronounced “bye-pock”.
Indigenous peoples: The descendants of the original inhabitants of the Americas, the Pacific, and parts of Asia and Africa before European colonization. Indigenous peoples have unique languages, knowledge systems, and beliefs, and are often culturally distinct from the surrounding region. They have a special relationship with their traditional land, which is important for their cultural and physical survival.
What is the legal definition of person of color?
People (Persons) of Color (POC): A term primarily used in the United States and Canada to describe any person who is not white. It does not solely refer to African Americans; rather, it encompasses all non-white groups and emphasizes the common experiences of systemic racism.
Other ways to register to vote. Download the National Mail Voter Registration Form. You can fill it out onscreen and print the completed form. Or you can print the blank form and fill it out by hand. Remember to sign the form before mailing it to the location listed for your state.
Check with local government offices to see if you can register in person.
Find your department of motor vehicles office.
Locate a nearby armed forces recruitment center.
Contact state and county public assistance offices such as SNAP/food stamps.
There are ample ways on were a person can register to vote. A person does not need places like Everybody Votes and Field+Media Corps.
