Great thought 1:52. However if that lot is in fact his I guess he can do what he wants with it. How did this spoiled brat come to own that parking lot and other properties in Salisbury? He’s like a kid saying he’ll take his toys and go home if he doesn’t get his way, and his way is a 10 million dollar grant for his planned development, all for the people of course.
