My limited understanding from information I read; sometimes bloggers have liability insurance so they are not sued for published comments by others.
I personally find it abhorrent that on today’s post, at 6:19am, in reference to a pedestrian accident previous to 6:00am, that within 33 minutes of posting, comments at 6:28am and 6:52am, describing what transpired, were published.
Before a full police investigation was wrapped up (8:50am), potentially before family were notified, he published comments full of details.
How exactly does this serve the community, airing the sorted details of a lost soul, before a completed formal investigation, formal press release, and family notification?
Unkind.
Does this jack ass still have a radio from the county? I would say sue the person who gave him one.
His audience is nothing more than a bunch of ambulance chasers.
Whining about not knowing ever morbid detail when its none of their damn business.
