The position of White House physician is not normally one in the spotlight. We don’t live in normal times, though, so the replacement of Dr. Sean Conley, the White House physician during the Trump administration with President Biden’s choice is news. Biden is bringing in his personal physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor.
O’Connor is no stranger to working in the White House. He was Biden’s physician throughout the Obama administration and continued to count Joe Biden as a patient after Biden left the White House. Dr. O’Connor recently treated Biden when he fractured his ankle chasing his dog. The reason this is a story today is that the personnel change is being used to dunk on Trump. Because, of course.
It is unusual that an incoming president brings in a new doctor. Most White House physicians serve more than one presidential administration, as a matter of fact.
It’s rumored that Biden is bringing into the White House his own doctor due to suspected cognitive challenges Biden may be having. Many believed Biden lost much of his cognitive abilities last year.
I oppose the JoeHo regime completely.
But bringing his own doc isn’t very controversial, despite the drama and backstabbing referenced in the article. In fact, it’s maybe the first time Obama’s ‘keep your own doc’ lies have the tiniest bit of accuracy.
The removed doc doesn’t have to work on the installed cadaver, and the new guy will have his hands full keeping Plugs plugged in and charging. Don’t think they have IV brain cells as a therapy so it’s a question of when not if!

The exiting doctor is use to treating heathy men with energy. He would be puzzled to see a specimen like the Delaware Destroyer. The old man’s physician can keep pumping booster shots daily.
