OCEAN CITY, MD – (January 13, 2021): A Berlin resident is missing after being last seen in the downtown Ocean City area on Monday.
The Ocean City police is seeking assistance with locating Noah Hill, 19, of Berlin, MD. Hill was last seen in the downtown Ocean City area around noon on January 11, 2021. Hill is described as 5’11 and 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Hill has a tattoo on his right forearm with the lettering “RIP Melissa”. Hill was last seen wearing a sweatshirt with “DRIP” on the front with two roses.
