Chesapeake Channa (northern snakeheads) are being caught this week by anglers throughout the entire Chesapeake Bay system. The tidal rivers and creeks are home to ever-expanding populations, which are in various stages of spawning.
Red drum, black drum, speckled trout, bluefish, and spot are moving into the lower Bay.
White perch are now in residence at your favorite deep-water pier in just about every tidal river and creek within the middle Bay.
