Damn it was chilly yesterday (friday). Worse than Sat and Sun at Brrrrrfest. Shame the vendors missed out with bad weather. Sure City Hall was happy since they lost nothing giving the vendors payment for 4 days. Can’t move springfest since all other weekends are jammed. Hopeful sunfest will be warmer…….and Maybe more outside food vendors. Like it used to be.
