Police offer $10K reward in 20-year-old’s killing in Brooklyn Park one year ago

Police are offering a $10,000 reward for information in connection with the killing of a 20-year-old man a year ago in Brooklyn Park.

Elias Armando Maldonado Garcilazo was found on Jan. 5, 2020, in the 300 block of Audrey Avenue suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was taken to Shock Trauma, where he died, police said.
