Democrat governors who have exploited the COVID panic to flex their own muscles have one big thing in common other than a fondness for despotism – they are hypocrites.
In the latest example of “rules for thee, not for me” New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has given permission for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills to allow a limited number of fans to attend the team’s upcoming home playoff game.
Cuomo who is a Bills fan has lifted the attendance ban at Bills Stadium in Orchard Park for 6,772 at the first round game scheduled to be played on either January 9th or 10th and he plans to be there.
The Democrat strongman’s iron-fisted rule during the last nine months has been among the harshest in the nation and he has become a celebrated figure in the liberal media despite the fact that his state has the highest body count in the nation, largely due to coronavirus victims being sent into nursing homes.
Cuomo has not only not been held accountable for the death sentence for thousands of elderly New Yorkers but he has parlayed his disastrous performance into a book touting his “leadership” and scored an international Emmy for his “masterful” COVID briefings.
