WASHINGTON (SBG) – From Las Vegas to New York to Washington D.C., the sounds ahead of New Years Eve are mostly of a quiet, stark reminder of the remnants 2020 has left behind.
“For the first time in 35 years, I can’t tell my employees that everything will be ok,” said Lynn Martins, owner of Seibel’s Restaurant and Uptown Pub in Burtonsville, Maryland.
In New York City a fight is unfolding in the courts, where two new lawsuits have just been filed calling the ban on indoor dining “unconstitutional,” using Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s own words against him.
“The troubling information in this is 74% of new cases are coming from household gatherings, living room spread,” Cuomo saidduring a Dec. 11 news conference.

It’s a worldwide hoax … Wuhan has zero restrictions
Enough really is enough. I am really surprised that Seacrets did not make any fuss more than they did but it is an issue they need to address on their own.
I am (so far) a member of the local Elks as well as the American Legion. Whatever the reason, a member can no longer expect a seat if/when they visit. It costs $25 to renew the AL membership and $80 for the Elks. Can anyone tell me why a member should renew their membership in these times and not patronize private bars/restaurants instead (that charge for membership)? I already had an opinion about the watered down drinks from the Elks so why go on?
So far, I have found a decent drink at Harvest, Crabcake Cafe for example. Never been to Joe’s (but I will try them now even though they are distant to me). However, the AL is as just a lengthy travel.
Has anyone name a new drink after Wuhan?
