The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is managing an ongoing investigation that involves a document purporting to implicate then-Vice President Joe Biden in a bribery scheme, House Oversight and Government Accountability Committee chairman James Comer said Monday.
“Today FBI officials confirmed that the unclassified FBI generated record has not been disproven and is currently being used in an ongoing investigation,” Comer said at a press conference. He viewed a document known as an FD-1023 at FBI headquarters purporting to implicate the then-VP in a bribery scheme, but the Bureau did not allow Comer to take possession of it. The chairman was allowed to take notes on the document, he told reporters.
Every time DOJ or FBI refuses to testify before Congress because they won’t comment on “an ongoing investigation”, who’s to say how long the investigation has been “ongoing”, what the activity level is, or even if there is an investigation at all. We know that the upper ranks of both agencies are tainted with corruption and mutually complicit in hiding, censoring, altering and eliminating evidence (including whistleblowers and witnesses), and that the DNC and current executive branch are both willing, even eager, recipients and generators of their criminal generosity, tied to them like Ma Barker’s boys.

The FBI is dirty from Wray on down to the crew that cleans the toilets at their headquarters. It has turned into a garbage organization. If there are any of the Sean Hannity rank and file good agents they should be embarrassed working for the FBI. I would say do the job you swore an oath to but that would fall on deaf ears. They are just biding their time watching America burn until their retirement
