Joe Biden Criminal Bribery Claims: FBI Refuses To Share Documents That Will Prove Republicans’ Accusations

White House’s spokesperson deemed the subpoena “unfounded” and “politically motivated.”

The FBI refused again to comply with a subpoena issued by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer for a document that purportedly details a pay-to-play scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden.

During a briefing with the Oversight Committee, FBI staff refused to release the unclassified FD-1023 document detailing an informant’s criminal allegations against Biden, age 80.

Joe Biden Allegedly Took Bribes as VP

This week, Comer (R-Kentucky) is anticipated to disclose the panel’s next actions in its search for the document. Congress has the authority to reduce funding for federal agencies and use litigation to enforce subpoenas. To exert pressure, the Republican-led House of Representatives could also seek to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt or initiate impeachment proceedings.

Comer previously set a deadline of May 10 for the bureau to comply with the request for the FD-1023 document, which reportedly pertains to allegations of bribery involving Biden in a nation where the family had two significant business ventures.

A previous source of knowledge of the situation informed The Post that the country is not China. The FBI’s Biden file is believed to have been created or updated in June 2020, and its existence was initially disclosed by a whistleblower to Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), who notified Comer.

During Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president, Hunter, and James Biden conducted business in Mexico, Romania, Russia, Ukraine, and China. The FBI responded to Comer’s subpoena by sending the com a six-page letter.

After speaking with FBI Director Chris Wray, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy stated that the FBI is poised to hand over the potentially incriminating document. He verified that he spoke with Wray by phone and added, “Congress has the right and the authority to superintend the FBI.”
