Devin Nunes says Durham report shows ‘entire collapse of the justice system’

Former Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) said that the findings of the Durham report reveal the “entire collapse of the justice system.”

In an appearance on Fox News on Sunday, Nunes stipulated that the findings of special counsel John Durham exposed the true extent of damage to the justice system in light of the FBI’s investigation into former President Donald Trump’s supposed collusion with the Russian government.

“I think, overall, this is a really sad day for America because what it represents is the total collapse of the justice system,” Nunes said when asked about his assessment of the Durham report.

“A lot of people see this as, oh, FBI/intelligence agencies. No, no, no, this represents the entire collapse of the justice system. And it really — the Durham report reads like the tombstone for the justice system,” he continued. “And it would say something simple, like, ‘Here lies the justice system, the Justice Department, and we knew there was criminality, and we couldn’t do anything about it.'”

Nunes praised the work of Durham in the investigation but lamented the fact that no charges were brought forward.

  1. Another continued collapse remains the lack of any affordable housing for summer hires in OC. There is nada again in 2023. Yet more and more townhomes, condos are going up fast mid and up town.

Memorial day is here and there is minimal help everywhere. I guess more summertime cut hrs since there isnt enuf help to serve the masses. Enjoy waiting in long lines….we wont.

City fail, no plan of action….again.

    1. Local Resident

If Ocean City businesses would pay better wages more locals would work for them. However they want to hire all J-6 workers, pay them substandard wages, while pocketing more profit, and expect the town to provide housing for the J-6s. Prime example of greed.
