Bud Light parent company Anheuser-Busch is desperately scrambling to rehabilitate their image following corporate suicide over a transgender ad campaign featuring TikTok influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

In order to make amends with distributors after off-site sales fell 26.1% in the week ending April 22 vs. one year ago, the company has pledged to boost marketing spending on Bud Light and accelerate production of a new slate of ads, according to the Wall Street Journal, which adds that Anheuser-Busch will give a ‘case of Bud Light to every employee’ of a wholesaler.

  1. LOL…they’re giving away cases because they’re sitting in warehouses going out of date! I’d guess at least 50% (and that’s very conservative) of Trump voters drank Bud Light. That’s close to 40 million people. I’d also guess over 90% of those voters (also a conservative guess) will never touch a Bud Light again, and most of them will avoid all AB beverages all together. There’s not going to be a come back. They’re better off lighting campfires with the dollars they’re going to spend on ad campaigns.

  4. Wow….those executives with all of those degrees and years of experience and they screw the pooch. I have no degrees, and could have told them for free that this would go badly. Stupid is as stupid does.

  5. I didn’t drink that pee water anyway and will not drink anything owned by Anheuser-Busch! They are:
    Budweiser, Corona and Stella Artois; Beck’s, Leffe and Hoegaarden, and Bud Light, Skol, Michelob Ultra.. hurt them in their overall bottom line. Stop buying it. Go woke, Go broke!
