I used to live a few streets down. The speed limit is super low in this area. I am trying to understand how someone could get hit in broad daylight?
Very sad news – at least the driver remained at the scene. I honestly hope it is just a very unfortunate accident. Ocean Pines is a very safe place, and the speed limit on Ocean Parkway is 35. Ocean Pines Police strictly enforce this speed limit, but they can’t be everywhere at once. Condolences to the family and friends who lost a loved one.
