Maryland State Police Searching For Attempted Murder Suspect in Wicomico County

Maryland State Police need your help in finding a man they are looking for in connection with a shooting earlier this month in Wicomico County. 45-year-old Timothy Lee Whaley Jr. of Salisbury, Maryland, has an arrest warrant issued for him for attempted murder. Whaley is described as a Black man, 6-feet tall and weighs about 190 pounds. He is known to frequent the areas of Keene Avenue and Jersey Road in Salisbury, Maryland.
The shooting happened on Swan Road on April 16th. According to a preliminary investigation, Whaley was a passenger of a black Volkswagen and approached a residence on Swan Road before firing at a woman who was standing in the front yard of the home. The suspects fled the scene in the vehicle. No injuries were reported in this case.

The driver of the Volkswagen—48-year-old Crystal E. Hutt of Salisbury, Maryland, was arrested on April 17, was charged with several offenses including attempted first-degree murder and released after posting $25,000 bail.

  1. Try looking in Fruitland around Ogle ave always crime over there with the police doing absolutely nothing about it
