A lawyer for Ray Epps sent a letter to Tucker Carlson this week demanding he retract his comments about the J6 insurrection leader by March 31.
Epps claims Tucker’s comments were “false and defamatory.”
Epps also advised FOX News to keep all of their communications regarding Tucker’s arrangement with Speaker Kevin McCarthy to view the footage from January 6.
If Mr. Epps has the federal govt in his pocket (or he’s in theirs), then that’s something to consider…but he likely won’t want this to go to any kind of trial, criminal or civil. That would bring about discovery…then Tucker can really nail him by getting him to produce previously unseen documents.
Epps was on the initial FBI most wanted poster about 1/6…then he was magically removed from it. He was probably the most vocal person caught on camera, and somehow has not been indicted.
