Hey Joe, Went by the Civic Center this morning to recycle and boy you ought to see the parking lot after these animals from the Governors challenge left. Alcohol bottles and Newport cigarette packs everywhere along with tons of fast food trash. I have lived here 40 years and never seen this amount of garbage in the parking lot. The management at this place is terrible. I hope the new County Executive lady really puts this place under the microscope for the taxpayers sake.
