Wonderful video of how it used to be. RIP Hale, hope the fam continues your vision. So much has changed with big names coming in and having 1, 2 and 3 tier type hotels with the same corporate owner. They will never go under unlike mom/pop.
I guess its just a product of the 21st century here on the east coast. Gobble it up while you can, Ocean City is just a sand bar. If you don’t think so – look at the aerials of south OC and Assateague Island. How much west Assateague has moved.
