It’s understandable that there are certain situations where homeschooling simply isn’t possible. And in a society that places demands on families that require children to be educated according to certain standards set by the state, often, Christian parents find themselves in a situation where no other option exists but to send their children to public schools.
I certainly sympathize with these parents and I don’t have all of the solutions, but I do believe that the Church should stand up to support Christian parents in these dire situations.

Dear readers,
Having read the article in its entirety I find that I do have to agree with certain points the author states, and I disagree with others. Parents do have another recourse in addition to home schooling: Civil litigation directly naming the teacher.
This does two things; first, you place the entire school system on notice when a teacher is served directly on school grounds. Granted, it will likely be in the school office where there will be an attempt to keep it quiet, but no matter, as it will leak out to just about everyone by the end of the day.
Second, the school system will immediately distance itself from the teacher named, and will place said teacher on administrative leave (with pay) pending the outcome of the civil case. Parents should never consider a lawsuit against a school system, as it is virtually impossible in the best of circumstances. The school system will simply drag the case out for as long as possible until it is no longer finacially feasible for the parent(s) to continue. By electing to pursue a civil case, parents eliminate the defensive barrier of the school system and go directly at the source.
This is quietly occurring right now in three cases that I am directly aware of as I personally advised parents to take this course of action. I am not at liberty to share more, but all three cases are in Maryland on the western shore. All three have immediately separated the teacher from the school system as noted above. All three cases will likely be settled out of court. Further, there has been no media attention to this at all for one very good reason. The school systems don’t want parents to know this is a viable strategy. It does cost the family, and is certainly not going to be cheap to pursue, but it is effective.
Parents do not have to play by any rules or directives a school system puts down in this matter.

Losing them to Democrat’s CRT !!!!!!!! The Nazi Youth !!!!!!
It is the teacher’s union that is representing the teacher not the public school system.
Yep, but the teacher is an employee of the BOE. I think Pally is suggesting to separate the sheep from the herd. Sounds like it could work.
