Nov is around the corner. CONgress is the real problem, always has been. Even when 45 was in office, he could only make change with Executive Orders. CONgress was too busy infighting and trying to impeach since the house couldnt have it their way.
Its happening now and will continue with the next Prez. Need to vote out the entire crew.
