A Viewer Writes: Dilapidation

This one is on Allen Rd, Eden, near the county line of Somerset, but I think its still in Wicomico. Right near where Stockyard Rd crosses.

    1. List it with Clifton Harry Brittingham ! He can turn chicken poop into chicken salad. Biggest liar fake con artist of all time.

  1. The only ones working for this county and the city is the Code & Compliance they are on the move to clean things up thanks to Trish Warrington & Paul Byington. Our Boy Mayor Jake Day could follow their example and really do things and accomplish things till they are completed ——not stupid City Festivals which he over blows the figures every year. We all are Americans but the only bands are for south of the border including immigrants, this country is supposed to be a melting pot of all our citizens, we pay taxes, what happened to country music, folk music, rock & roll, and not just the music but food for all not just one group, it would have been safer for the people attending and the citizens living around here if you held it some where out in the country on lots of land not in the city and located on a disgusting river so more floaters will show up following these events like the last 2 times it was held. He took down the fence which was safer for the children and those that drink too much. Impeach Jake Day should be a vote taken city wide and NOW.

    1. It’s never going to happen in this apathetic shithole of a community.
When only 1% of the population votes, he can easily play the odds by pandering to the smallsbury elite and minority factions for votes.

      $24,000 per capita income
      27% poverty
27% owner homes and 73% rentals

All those idiot born here’s crying how they do not want anything to change are blind to how much has and not in the right direction

Other than a useless festival and bike lanes, can you name anything of significance accomplished to make life better other than more HUD Housing?

Any new businesses with better paying jobs?

Its laughable when the millennial’s get on here and whine about the seniors controlling everything when seniors are only 12% of the population.

This is the result of everything you wanted. Overpriced rents, unaffordable homes, low paying jobs.

      Not winning.

    2. The festival is a money loser.

NO ONE WANTS IT AND ARE SMARTER THAN YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS

40’s – 50’s St Louis Missouri had it for 10 years
70’a – 80’s Wolf Trap State Park had it for 12 years.
Washington DC had it for 7 years

Of course Salisbury is the next longest community with it, now 5 years.
Everyone else was 3 years and done.

The taxpayers shouldn’t be on the financial hook for this because your elected officials may not be smart enough to realize that the TAXPAYERS money could be better used for other important long term projects, and not a 20 hour festival that is costing you millions.
