I agree with 8:51. The only thing I would be is keep the convicts released from ECI / POPULAR HILL is to make them go back to their home COUNTY on the WESTERN SHORE Also make the sentences stiffer instead of being so lenient on the incarcerated convicts.
Have Baltimore issue their own license plates so the people in Ocean City can spot the law breakers as they come off the Route 50 bridge. All that needs to be done next is build a Park & Lock Up lot where the 7-11 is.
My husband was a correctional officer at ECI it was anything but a hotel, you trying working ever day when you are urinated on, spit on and are too lazy to do a job when you request yard work instead digging through the trash cans for shringes get them off their spoiled baby butts. Half should have received the death penalty but we no longer kill them like they do our citizens thanks to Hogan never kill Governor.
