Electric vehicles have been under the spotlight lately as they consistently do not measure up to the hype.
While many politicians are quick to push electric cars on the American public, one couple’s experience shows why some are skeptical.
This story took place last November as the couple decided to try out their new Rivian R1T — an all-electric pickup truck starting at a whopping $79,500 — by making a cross-country road trip from Detroit to Los Angeles and back.
The return journey was documented on their Instagram account. The expedition amounted to almost 2,700 miles and 27 charging stops.
Oh! Progress is bad. I would never ride an elevator that didn’t have a human elevator operator. We should extinguish any hope for making things better if they’re not perfect already.

I wouldn’t use one of those newfangled typewriters. They’re just a fad that won’t last. I use a goose feather quill pen and ink bottle. Them modern inventions are for traitors and socialists/communists.

EVs are dead on arrival. Maybe the Euros will love their VWs, BMWs, mercedes and WTF other crap made over there. Their countries are SMALL compared to ours. They have relied on others for OIL and now feeling the pressure with Russia/Ukraine and the pipelines.
We are fine and until the rest of the BIG pollution continents step up (Asia, Africa, South America) – forgetaboutit! Wasting money to never get past GO.
Throw trash in trash cans; recycle if you can; don’t dump, Big Business make big investments/improvements to your mega engines (coal, gas, manufactoring plants, oil, etc)
We have over 330M identified folks in this country. Hell I’m sure Canada will help since MOST of their tourist industry comes from the USA. Mexico? Well, pull all our factory crap back to the states, say we will close that border AND ZERO American Sports teams playing their (COWBOYS, ETC) – they will come around.
Lastly – shut off China. Must stop imports from there. It will hurt small business but it must be done.
Now i need to go and pick up my General Tso’s chicken, Tequila burritos and Russian Vodka for Dinner!
