Good Morning, Joe
I know we are still not quite to our primary, but I’m dumb founded by the lack of information about the 20 or so odd candidates who hope to be shaping our young people’s minds.
Where I work, I see the results of the lack of education high school graduates have received over their 12 years of schooling compared with previous generations.
You have the clout, to send a 4 question email to these hopeful candidates and I think they would respond. You have the ability to mold this into a truthful article that would help me and many
Other County voters in making their decision. The results would also be a flame that allow the voters to hold the feet of the newly elected members to, if they don’t follow through with
Their “campaign” promises.
These are the questions that should asked:
- Do you believe that teaching children is best accomplished by parents or teachers?
- In your newly elected position, are you willing to give an ear to all County citizens, or just parents and school administrators?
- Do you believe that the new theories of 1619 or Critical Race Theory belong in K-12 or for higher education only?
- Even as most people are in favor of gender equality, do you think that the furthering of a child’s desired gender should be encouraged by parents or school administration?
Joe, until these items are addressed, I feel that the basics of education, the life skills that students need will not be brought to the forefront of the curriculum and that the County as a whole
Will have failed our young people.
Your Thoughts?
Nice try, but not one in the pack will give a straight answer to all of those questions.
I have just one!WHEN WILL SCHOOL VOUCHERS BE ISSUED AND WHEN WILL education as we know it start to be defunded
You expect answers from that group of flakes?
Vote for Hazel!
