His brain seemed to disintegrate in the morning during the Coast Guard changing of the guard ceremony.
Then during a later event about the baby formula shortage, Biden blanked on what the name of his Health and Human Services Secretary was.
The White House transcript fails to note the failed attempt to say Xavier Becerra’s name.
Biden also didn’t seem to understand how much formula was being delivered in the latest batch that was being flown in, saying “3.7 bottles” were being flown in, when it was 3.7 million.
