Around 520 military service members filed a suit on Monday against the government. Their primary argument is that the vaccine mandate is illegal because there is no approved vaccine available in the US. This means that approximately 55% ( amount vaccinated since the August 23, 2021 mandate from the Secretary of Defense (SecDef) ) of the military have been vaccinated illegally and under duress.

What of those USAF Academy graduated cadets who were just refused their rightful commissions for not taking the jab? Are they released from service, or are they now forced to be enlisted AF to satisfy the government payback for their free college degrees? If fully released, they can sue. If not, they’re stuck in payback service for 6 years and can’t sue.
What a waste of talent and a weakening of the legacy of military service. We feel shame for them.
