Additional Information: Juveniles were manipulating exposed, energized wiring to cause the device to spark and smoke. Due to the continuing course of conduct of the involved juveniles the device was destroyed, which caused a fire in the wall behind the circuit breaker. The juveniles were charged with Malicious Destruction of Property and Disrupting School Activities. After interviewing all parties involved it was discovered that there was no intent to create the fire, and that the fire related damage was due to the continual manipulation of the energized wire. Due to this the juveniles involved were not charged with any fire related crimes.
Not charged???!!! No damn wonder the kids do as they please………no consequences.
Not too smart, screwing around with energized wiring. It could have been a lot worse.
