I appreciate the unrestricted carry permit which is almost impossable to get in MD. But also appreciate the police checking especially after that shooting in Buffalo. I am sure the shoppers were concerned. It is one thing to carry a hand gun, but did he need the AR style?
Check the 2nd Ammendment. “The right to bear arms” doesn’t specify what type of arms.
No permit is required to open carry a rifle or shotgun in the state of Maryland.
Also do you recall any mass shooting suspects having a CCW permit?
Any video of the fight on the boardwalk Saturday nite? Then a couple hours later there was a shooting by Dorchester street. Guy that was shot was ok and released from the emergency room.
