Eternal exodus: 11th staffer escapes working for Kamala Harris

Staffing trouble follows reports of turmoil under her management

It’s now at 11 – and counting.

That’s the number of staff members who worked in Kamala Harris’ office of the vice president who now have fled their jobs.

The Washington Examiner said it is Michael Fuchs, Harris’ deputy chief of staff, who now is out the door.

He was at the State Department for Barack Obama and was a foreign policy adviser to Bill Clinton. He joined Harris’ office last year and advised her on both domestic and international issues.

Reuters reported Fuchs confirmed in a memo he’ll be leaving in about a month, and he said he would reveal his plans then.

In his email notification, he said, “It’s been the honor of a lifetime to serve in this administration, working for the vice president and president on behalf of the American people.”
