BREAKING BIG: Pennsylvania Court Rules Act 77 of 2019 Unconstitutional – Mail-In Voting on Hold

A statewide court in Pennsylvania ruled on Friday the expansive two-year-old mail-in voting is unconstitutional.

According to a Commonwealth Court filing released Friday,  Act 77 which allows residents to vote by mail in Pennsylvania, violates Article VII, Section 1 of the Pennsylvania constitution.

This is HUGE news.

President Trump weighed in.

  1. Amen. Yes, I am encouraged by states who are fixing – through legislation – the laws broken/changed/manipulated during the last election.
Already Wisconsin, Georgia and Arizona are doing their part not to let that happen again so I’m glad to see Pennsylvania doing things as well.
