Gov. Larry Hogan Says He ‘Strongly Encourages’ Marylanders To Support Favorite Restaurants As New COVID-19 Restrictions Take Effect

With added COVID-19 restrictions on Maryland businesses, Gov. Larry Hogan is reminding people to shop local and support their favorite restaurants, some of whom are struggling to make ends meet.

This week, Gov. Hogan added new restrictions for Maryland restaurants. Bars and restaurants must close by 10 p.m. for in-person service, and indoor capacity is now limited to 50% statewide and 25% in Baltimore.

Nonetheless, the governor stressed the importance of people patronizing their favorite establishments.

“We continue to strongly encourage Marylanders to support your local restaurants,” Gov. Hogan said.

The governor went onto say that he is providing federal and state assistance to business owners in desperate need.

  1. Larry has issues. He’s the kid that was always picked last for any game during recess. He’s the guy that went to the prom with his cousin. He’s the son that could not make it on his own, so daddy had to bankroll him. Larry is your typical politician: Give me an elected job, so I never have to work a day in my life…

  2. This media hog can’t quit being in front of a microphone, he will say or do anything for another 15 minutes of attention. How can you say support the restaurants when your the fool who keeps cutting their numbers back . I bet he’s like Pelosi with the hair salon not wearing the mask , he probably eats all his meals at restaurants he never loses weight when he was fighting cancer, most people loose he gained. And the only thing he has done for the eastern shore is attend every seafood festival and every food extravaganza. Can we get by one night without him on the news or commenting about something, he reminds me of Hillary on every news story or give his comments on everything. Would you please direct him to a basement somewhere?
